Using Celltake

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not use the Platform for any illegal, harmful, or misleading activity
• Respect other users and avoid harassment or spamming
• Post listings only for genuine mobile phones and gadgets

You may not:

• Post duplicate or fake listings
• Use bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools
• Attempt to disrupt the platform’s integrity or security

Listings and Transactions

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
• Celltake does not guarantee or verify the condition, pricing, or ownership of listed items.
• All transactions take place directly between buyer and seller.
• Celltake is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible

User-Generated Content

Any content you upload (e.g., listings, images, descriptions, messages) must not:

• An in-app message or notification
• An email to your registered account(it is important for this that you share your email address with us)
• A notice on the website

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

In-App Chat and Communication

Our platform offers in-app messaging. You agree to:

• Use this feature only for legitimate buyer-seller communication
• Not send spam, ads, or abusive messages

We may monitor messages for safety and quality assurance.

Location-Based Services

With your permission, we collect location data to:

• Show listings near you
• Suggest relevant ads

You can control location permissions in your device settings.

Ads and Analytics

We may show you relevant ads based on your activity. We may also share anonymized data with ad networks or analytics services to improve performance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You abuse the platform or other users
• We are required by law or a legal request

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Celltake does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of listings.
• We are not liable for loss or damage arising from user interactions or third-party links.
• Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email, website notice, or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
